Planning, installing and maintaining landscaped spaces.
About Dustin Wooten
I have 26 years of professional experience in the green industry. My first job at 14 was with Virginia Growers. It was a large 5-acre greenhouse that grew annuals for large box stores along the east coast. The VanWingerden family owned and operated the greenhouse and taught me more than I could ever get from a book. Other fields of experience include nursery work, hardscaping, Japanese gardens, design, plant health care, and just about any aspect of landscaping or horticulture. As far as organizations, I am currently the president of the CVNLA. Occasionally I help local community colleges show their students the application of what they have been learning in the classroom.
